    Our property tours will include sanitation practices, including providing booties, masks, and hand sanitizer to each individual who steps foot in a home. For live auction experiences, we’re implementing social distancing and temperature checks.
  3. Leveraging technology
    Our bidding platform is supported by one of the world’s most respected and secure platforms. In addition to providing peace of mind to both bidders and sellers, it also allows the buyers to view an entire property online, take a 3D-tour, and buy online. Through this software, we can conduct live simulcast auctions with an in-person crowd and participation online, with the fastest sub-second latency on the market today.

The onset of the global pandemic and international shelter-in-place regulations have more people recognizing the importance of home. Now, it is more than a place to visit. As the founder of Luxea Global Auctions, helping other people is at the core of my personal belief system. I practice a blend of social entrepreneurship and capitalism. Another way #LuxeaLoves is by warming up the bidding base by auctioning off prizes and experiences for a specific cause before the main home auction. With the permission and buy-in from the seller, we’ll put a trip to Napa, a hot-air balloon ride, or a specialty item up for bid, and the resulting proceeds will go to an organization of the seller’s choice. In this way, we’ve been able to use our superior auctioning powers for good.
